High School Hockey Tryouts: Grades 8-12

Hello Everyone!
High School Hockey Tryouts will be held Wed September 18th and 25th 5-7PM. Players in Grades 8-12 are encouraged to tryout!
We will be holding a pre tryout practice Wed September 11th from 6-7PM. This is a great opportunity to get some skating in and meet coaches and players before the official tryouts.
We are looking for players who are committed to coming to every practice and giving there all to the team. We will be practicing Wed nights either at 5pm or 6pm depending on which team you are placed on.

History of Our Program:
Our H.S. Hockey Program is the defending champion’s in the J.V. and Varsity Divisions of the Central Coast High School league. In the past four seasons we have won three J.V. Titles and Two Varsity Titles.
League Games are played in Santa Maria on Saturday mornings. Tentative dates for games go between Oct-March.
We provide players with the opportunity to advance their skills in a more competitive league as well as give players the chance to play against the best hockey players on the central coast.
Coaching Staff:
Coach Zach Barrett is going into his 5th year with the program. He has played competitive travel Roller and Ice Hockey for most of his life.
Coach Nick Wali is our Defense specialist. He will be at practices helping our core of defensemen improve their skills and grow as players.
Coach Tim Hoyt is our goalie specialist. He has grown up playing goalie in Santa Barbara and brings tons of goalie experience.
Team Manager Ivan Girling is the glue that keeps our program together. He will be assisting parents with League Fees, AAU insurance, scheduling, etc.
